What you’ll get

Clean timelines of insider trades and grants (acquisitions, dispositions, option exercises) with totals and deltas.

  • Role-aware labeling (Officer/Director/10% Owner)
  • Transaction type and form linkage (3/4/5)
  • Unit price, shares, and notional value

Ownership snapshots with before/after positions, direct vs. indirect holdings, and footnotes when provided.

  • Aggregated by reporting owner and issuer
  • Drill-down to individual line items
  • CSV/JSON export (planned)

How it works

We ingest insider filings from SEC EDGAR (Forms 3, 4, and 5), parse the XML payloads, and normalize reporting owners, transaction codes, footnotes, and ownership tables into a consistent schema. Our goal is to make filings comparable across issuers and time, and render them instantly.

  • Form 3: initial beneficial ownership
  • Form 4: changes in beneficial ownership (most common)
  • Form 5: annual statements for transactions not reported on Form 4

All views are served as static, cached bundles — keeping performance high and costs near zero, just like our financial statements product.

FAQ

Is this investment advice? No. This data is for informational and educational purposes only.

How quickly are filings reflected? We target rapid ingestion after they appear on EDGAR, then standardize and cache.

Why free? Static bundles + global caching keep costs minimal. We aim to support the site with responsible advertising.
